Place the ham sausage in an electric baking pan and bake over low heat until soft, so that it will not break easily when you shape it later.

Cut soft roasted ham in half vertically.

Stand the ham sausage up as shown in the picture, place a chopstick on each side, and then cut it 0.5 cm apart.

Take half a toothpick and connect the head and tail of the ham sausage.

After shaping, turn up the heat of the electric pan and start frying.

Break an egg into the circle. Since the circle is a bit small, although I chose a small free-range egg, it was still too full to put the egg in directly. The second time I cracked the eggs on the plate.

For the second time, I only spooned the egg yolk and thick layer of egg white into the ham sausage ring, and did not use the thin egg white, so that it would not be too full.

After frying until the bottom is set, sprinkle some salt and pepper on the eggs, sprinkle some boiling water around the eggs, cover and simmer for three minutes.
