Air fryer version of egg twist
Overview
I like to make all kinds of snacks, but I have always avoided fried products. Health concerns aside, just the pan of oil left after frying is overwhelming. If you are making a large batch of food, you don't have to worry too much, but it always feels too much to use a large pot of oil for a small dish of food. Ever since I got the air fryer, I have always had this idea in mind, but I always put it aside because of various constraints. Now, I finally decided to put all kinds of Western pastries aside and make some traditional food as the traditional festival is approaching. Mahua seems to be relatively simple, so let’s start with that. See if the air fryer can make fried pasta like this. I changed the original pattern and made it into the most common hemp rope shape, and the result was ideal. Although it was my first time to make twists, the shaping skills were a little bit off. However, using only a little oil, the resulting twists looked decent. Less oil and gas, suitable for people with light taste.
