Boiled edamame
Overview
Summer is the season for edamame. In addition to being fried or made into soup, edamame can also be made into snacks for us to enjoy when traveling, drinking tea, or watching TV and movies.

Cut off both ends of edamame, wash and drain.

Wash off the dust from the accessories.

Put the washed edamame into the pressure cooker, add star anise, cinnamon, dried chili pepper and salt, and add water to cover the edamame.

After the pressure cooker is on high heat for one and a half minutes, turn off the heat.

After decompression, drain and let cool before serving.
