Prepare the required ingredients

Mix flour, 30g caster sugar, 3g salt, 1 egg, 25g live yeast, add 60ml milk, 60ml fresh cream, mix well and knead until the dough is smooth

Knead the dough and divide it into 4 equal parts, roll it into a round ball with your hands, cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest at room temperature for 15 minutes

Use a rolling pin to roll the loose dough into an oval shape and spread evenly with red bean paste

Roll the dough into a roll, sauté until fragrant and place into a toast mold. Cover with a damp cloth and place in a warm environment for the second fermentation of 45 minutes
