Baby potatoes in oyster sauce
Overview
I bought fresh small potatoes the day before yesterday and grew them myself. I made oyster sauce potatoes yesterday. They are soft, waxy and delicious.

Wash the potatoes, peel them, and cut the larger potatoes in half.

Cut the red and green peppers into cubes, and chop the garlic into small pieces.

Add oil to the pot and heat.

Add garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add potatoes and stir-fry.

Sauté until potatoes turn slightly brown.

Add appropriate amount of water, bring to boil, and turn to low heat.

When the potatoes are about to become soft, add the green and red peppers and stir-fry evenly.
