Mushrooms are wrapped in glutinous rice balls and fried into balls. They are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and spicy and refreshing. It's a nice delicacy.

  1. Remove stems from mushrooms, wash and marinate with salt for 15 minutes.

  2. Steam for 20 minutes.

  3. Mix the glutinous rice balls and noodles into a paste, add the mushrooms and wrap them in the glutinous rice balls.

  4. Heat the oil to 80% and fry the mushrooms until golden brown.

  5. Remove the fried mushrooms and place on a plate, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
