Overview
Mushrooms are wrapped in glutinous rice balls and fried into balls. They are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and spicy and refreshing. It's a nice delicacy.

Remove stems from mushrooms, wash and marinate with salt for 15 minutes.

Steam for 20 minutes.
