Stewed Chicken with Carrots and Shiitake Mushrooms
Overview
Every holiday, gathering with friends must be about eating~~Thanksgiving is coming soon, how can we miss out on a delicious meal~~Everyone knows that the traditional food on Thanksgiving is roast chicken, but compared to roasting a whole chicken, I prefer braised chicken wings, steamed chicken legs, stewed chicken, etc. It is in line with our Chinese eating habits~
