Grilled Pork Ribs with Seasonal Vegetables
Overview
The ribs are marinated and paired with vegetables, especially roasted at the same time as tomatoes, and the grilled soup is poured over noodles or rice. It is a super meal that even a novice in the kitchen can do.

Prepare the spareribs, wash and remove the moisture

Put a packet of barbecue sauce into the ribs and spread it evenly with your hands

Put it into a plastic bag, refrigerate and marinate for a day

Prepare the vegetables, the carrots are not used, the plate is a little too small to fit; cut the onions, potatoes and tomatoes into large pieces and put them in the baking pan
