Overview
The weather was so hot that I didn’t want to leave anything behind. I was cleaning up the kitchen and found my husband’s favorite oily skin. I decided to use the leftover carrot and cucumber scraps in the refrigerator! The photos taken with Mom’s mobile phone are not so clear, but they are so delicious that you don’t want to miss them, and they were praised by your husband

Soak your oily skin in water, rinse it after soaking it until soft

Wash and slice carrots and cucumbers

Add water to the pot, bring to a boil, add carrots and blanch them, take them out for half a minute

Add a little oil to the pot, add carrots and cucumbers and stir-fry

It’s out of the pot! The smell of bean curd soaked in garlic sauce that I ate at the school gate when I was a kid. It tastes great when paired with a big steamed bun.
