Prepare spring roll wrappers

Mung bean sprouts, shredded carrots

Shredded pork

Mix the shredded pork with salt, soy sauce and a little starch and mix well

Heat the pot, add oil, heat the oil to 50% heat, add shredded pork, use a spatula to cut the shredded meat and pour out to control the oil
