Boil water in a pot and add rock sugar. When I ran out of rock sugar at home, I used white sugar instead. It’s best to use rock sugar. The pot can be a cooking pot or a rice cooker

After the rock sugar melts, add the yellow peaches and cook for 12 minutes. If you want them to be harder, cook them for a shorter time. If you want them to be soft, cook them for a longer time

After cooking, turn off the heat, put the yellow peaches into the glass can, fill it 8 minutes full, sprinkle a small amount of sugar on the top layer, then cover the lid and turn it upside down for one minute, then place it upright
