Make the custard sauce in advance, for fear that some people may not know it, here is the recipe: 200 grams of milk, 20 grams of low-gluten flour, 2 egg yolks, 30 grams of sugar. Pour all ingredients into the pot and stir evenly. I made a lot of custard sauce. This time I only used 50 grams of the finished product

Then put it on the stove and cook over low heat, stirring while cooking, until it becomes thick and thick, then remove from the heat and let cool and set aside. The custard sauce should be made in advance and allowed to cool.
