Wine Vanilla Head
Overview
Rinse the grass heads in cold water, wash them, add salt and saute the garlic until fragrant. Put the grass heads into the pot and immediately add two spoons of white wine and one spoon of soy sauce. Cover the pot. When it opens in less than 30 seconds, stir the grass heads and start burning. The grass is cooked and plated.
