Spinach stall with eggs
Overview
Every time I make scrambled eggs with spinach, my son only picks up the eggs and eats them, but doesn’t eat a bite of the spinach. In order to get him to eat some vegetables, I have to chop the spinach and spread it with the eggs, which makes it difficult for him not to eat vegetables. Spinach is rich in vitamin C and folic acid, which can enhance the body's absorption of iron. It is an ideal food for iron deficiency anemia. The dietary fiber in spinach can have a good laxative effect.
