Dissolve yeast, baking powder, and sugar with warm water and make dough! Knead the dough and let it wake up for ten minutes, then knead it into a smooth dough (because of the dough kneading method mentioned earlier)

Wash the red beans, soak them for ten hours in advance, then steam them in a steamer for 30 minutes, take them out and dry them out!

Mix sugar, honey and sesame oil and marinate for two hours (in order to enhance the flavor) (you need to make the red beans first and leave the dough last)

Roll the dough into long strips (as shown in the picture)

Sprinkle flour (because honey beans have sugar water, sprinkle some dry flour and the sugar water will be absorbed), and put 1/2 of the honey beans! Place it on top of half of the dough (as shown in the picture)

Roll up the dough with honey beans to the middle (as shown in the picture)

Then put the remaining honey beans on the other half of the dough and roll it up again! (As shown in the picture)

Spread water between the two rolls and stick them together! Everything is divided into two parts, and the two ends are pinched tightly!

Put it on the steamer and let it rise for about 20 minutes!

When the risen dough rolls are about the same size, put the water in the pot, steam for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for a minute or two, then open the lid! Take out, let cool and cut into pieces!

Cut into pieces and serve on a plate😄
