Dried sweet potatoes
Overview
This year I planted a lot of sweet potatoes at home, more than in previous years. More importantly, the varieties are better than in previous years. They are so sweet. I quickly bought two dustpans and started drying the sweet potatoes.

Steps
-
Wash and peel the sweet potatoes.
-
I use this plane to peel the skin, it is very useful, and I use a knife to help with the places that cannot be peeled. These two knives were given as gifts when I bought the bread knife, and they are very useful.

The steamer starts to steam, start on high heat, and then it can be medium heat.
-
Steam it until it can be easily inserted with chopsticks. Just pick the big one and insert it, don't worry if the big one is mature and the small one is mature.
-
It won’t be easy to cut into shape immediately after steaming, so it’s best to steam it at night and cut it the next day. I didn't have time at night, so I steamed it during the day and took it out to dry.
-
When I had time the next day, I sliced it with a knife. Just cut it directly on the dustpan.

After drying for about two days, it's almost done. Try it yourself and accept it if it suits you. Don’t try and try again
