Overview

Wild rice and rice are two different things. Wild rice is just the seed of a kind of grass. The outer shell does not need to be polished.   1. Wash the wild rice in clean water and drain;

  3. After pressing for 10 minutes, the wild rice will naturally decompress; if it cracks from the side, if it bends, it means it is overcooked;
