In a water-free and oil-free bowl, beat the egg whites and powdered sugar with an electric whisk
-
Beat the egg whites until the whisk is lifted up and the egg whites on the whisk head have short peaks.
-
Add food coloring and continue beating
-
Add flour and mix well
-
Lift like smooth satin
-
Place the piping bag into a beaker, pour the batter into it and tighten it
-
Place a silicone mat on a baking sheet, squeeze the batter into circles, and tap the baking sheet a few times.
-
Let it sit for about 30 minutes (you can place a small fan next to it). After 30 minutes, just touch the surface lightly, it will not break easily and is not sticky
-
Place in the middle rack of the preheated oven with a baking sheet underneath to insulate. Bake at 150 degrees for 15-20 minutes
