Barbie cake
Overview
I have been learning to bake for half a year, and there are a lot of things to learn. This is the second time I have made this Barbie doll. I wanted to give it away. I set a time to send it to someone. I thought it could be decorated in an hour, but it turned out that the time was not enough, so I was so busy. I must set aside more time next time. This is a careful job, without any skills, and it requires patience and meticulousness. Fortunately, I finished it, and I really like it when I look at it.

Steps
-
Prepare all the ingredients
-
Separate the egg yolks and egg whites and put them in two basins respectively. The basins should be clean, free of water and oil
-
Add refined salt to the egg yolks, beat with a manual egg beater, add corn oil in batches, stir each time to combine, then add the next one
-
Add milk and mix well
-
Sift in cake flour
-
Use a spatula to stir evenly
-
Use an electric mixer to beat the egg whites for a few times, then add a few drops of lemon juice and beat until large fish bubbles form. Add one-third of the sugar and continue beating
-
Beat until the foam is fine, then add one-third of the sugar and continue beating
-
Beat until slight lines appear, add the sugar below, and continue beating
-
Beat until you can pull out two sharp corners
-
Pour one-third of the egg white batter into the egg yolk batter, and mix the egg batter with a stirring technique (you can turn the bowl with your left hand, and use your right hand to quickly and lightly stir the egg batter, turning the bowl while mixing)
-
Pour the mixed egg yolk batter back into the egg white batter
-
Use the same method to stir the egg batter. The mixed egg batter will be fine and smooth
-
Pour the cake batter into the Barbie mold and level it with a spatula
-
Gently shake a few to knock out the bubbles, put it on the bottom floor of the oven, put a grill underneath, set the heat up and down at 150°C, and bake for 55 minutes. When the remaining 20 minutes are left, lower the heat to 145°C
-
After the cake has cooled, unmold it and use a small brush to sweep away the cake crumbs
-
Wrap the part of the doll that needs to be placed in the cake with a plastic wrap
-
Beat 300 grams of whipping cream and 30 grams of fine sugar
-
Spread a layer of cream on the cake
-
First use a toothpick to draw lines on both sides of the skirt, mix purple pigment into the cream, put it into a piping bag, cut very small openings, and squeeze out the lace on both sides
-
Then use roses to frame the pleats on both sides of the skirt and frame them all the way to the back
-
The middle of the skirt is filled with buds, and the hem of the skirt is drawn out with white. Then frame the clothes and add small accessories
