Overview
I have always made steamed buns. In fact, I have just learned how to steam steamed buns, and sometimes they are not steamed very well. Let's try the pan-fried dish. The crispy layer is really fragrant and the meat filling is tender. My daughter kept praising how delicious it is.

Prepare the flour, take a small bowl and mix the yeast with warm water.

Pour in warm water mixed with yeast and stir into dough.

Knead into a smooth dough and cover with plastic wrap or warm cloth for fermentation.

Beat an egg into the minced meat paste.

Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, refined salt and chopped onions, stir well.

Prepare chopped chives and sesame seeds.

Let the dough rise until 1.5 to 2 times in size.

Take it out, deflate it, knead it into long strips, and cut into pieces.

Put appropriate amount of meat filling.

Make a pleat first.

The thumb of the right hand is on the inside and outside of the bun, the index finger is on the outside, push it back, and the index finger and thumb of the left hand are pinched together.
