Chop the scallions into minced scallions.

Heat the milk slightly to hand temperature, add yeast and mix well.

Add baking soda and salt to the flour and mix well.

Add corn oil to the milk, and then add the mixed flour.

Mix the liquid and powder into a dough.

Add chopped chives.

Knead the minced green onions evenly into the dough, cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 20 minutes.

Roll out the dough into a thin sheet. (I rolled the dough twice and baked two baking sheets)

Use a roller cutter to break the dough into small pieces.

Poke some small holes with a fork, continue to rise for 20 minutes, then place in the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.
