Fried shrimp with green garlic
Overview
I bought shrimps in the spring, and this dish was also made in the early spring. The shrimps at that time were all plump, and the heads were full of shrimp paste. The green garlic stalks were only available in spring. The light pink red, the green of the green garlic, and the black pepper dots made up a delicious plate of side dishes to go with wine. Sometimes, simple, but also delicious.
