Curry Stir-fried Beef and Mango

First prepare the ingredients. It’s best to choose tender beef.

Then mango, plantain, onion, and garlic.

Cut the beef into cubes, shred the onion, and slice the garlic.

There are also plantains cut into slightly thick slices. Cut mango into cubes.

First add oil to the pan, put the plantains in and fry over low heat until golden brown on both sides. Then put it on the bottom of the plate and set aside.

Add oil to the bottom of the pot, add onions and fry until cooked.

Then add the beef cubes and garlic slices and stir-fry evenly.

After the beef is cooked, add mango, curry, and a little salt and continue to fry for five minutes. During this period, break the mango into smaller pieces and stir-fry the mango juice.

Finally, spread the beef and mango evenly on top of the fried plantains. Sprinkle some chopped peanuts and it’s ready!
