Pour the coffee powder into the milk and heat until slightly boiled. Add sugar to the egg yolks and beat until light and fluffy.

Slowly pour the boiled coffee milk into the egg yolk, stirring while pouring to prevent it from turning into egg yolk soup, haha. Add vanilla extract and mix well.

Sift the mixed milk and egg juice, pour it back into the pot, cook over low heat, stir while cooking, avoid boiling, and cook until the sweat becomes thick and can hang on the stirring spoon in a thin layer.
