Sesame and Egg Flavored Pancakes
Overview
Junzhi's recipe adds brown sugar and relies almost entirely on egg foam to form a crispy biscuit with a rich egg aroma. You are really good at choosing, but this biscuit is relatively more time-consuming than the shredded coconut biscuits. I was too lazy to heat up the hot water to melt the butter, so I put the butter directly into a large bowl and put it into the oven that had just turned off the heat - I just wanted to get the liquid form, so why bother with the form of the liquid?
