  2. Cut the radish into cubes, chop the green onion and coriander (reserve some for serving), cut the shrimp and Ronghua sausage into small pieces

  3. Add all the chopped ingredients and seasonings (except cornstarch) to the dace meat and marinate for 10 minutes

  4. Add cornstarch, mix well, and beat all ingredients with your hands until elastic, set aside
