Homemade radish braised fish balls

Radish, dace meat, dried shrimps, green onions, coriander, Ronghua sausage

Cut the radish into cubes, chop the green onion and coriander (reserve some for serving), cut the shrimp and Ronghua sausage into small pieces

Add all the chopped ingredients and seasonings (except cornstarch) to the dace meat and marinate for 10 minutes

Add cornstarch, mix well, and beat all ingredients with your hands until elastic, set aside

Heat the pan and add oil. Add garlic slices to release the aroma

Add the radish cubes, fry them briefly, add sugar, chicken powder, oyster sauce and water, and bring to a boil

While cooking the radish, apply some salad oil on your hands, squeeze the ingredients for the dace meatballs into small balls, and set aside

When the radish cubes are cooked until they are 6 ripe, add the fish balls, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes
