Ingredients: 500 grams of sweet potatoes, 1 egg, 3 grams of yeast, 30 grams of green onions, 300 grams of all-purpose flour, 8 grams of salt, 150 grams of water, and a pinch of Sichuan peppercorns.

Wash the sweet potatoes, steam them in a rice cooker and let them dry until warm.
