Steps
-
Put the ingredients except butter into the mixing bowl and stir
-
Stir the dough until it is basically smooth, then add softened butter and continue stirring until the dough is complete
-
Take out the dough and let it ferment for the first time at room temperature
-
While fermenting we prepare the cheese filling, this is Payson Roy Original Spread Cheese
-
Mix Payson Roye original spread cheese with eggs and sugar and beat until smooth
-
After more than an hour of fermentation, the dough has basically doubled in size
-
Take 6 pieces of 60g dough and 7 pieces of 25g dough, roll them into round balls, cover them with plastic wrap and let them rest for 15 minutes
-
Take a piece of dough and roll it into a round piece with a rolling pin
-
Roll out the dough pieces separately and put them into the burger mold. Press the dough pieces from the middle to the sides with your hands, so that the middle is lower and the surrounding sides are higher than the shape of a lamp
-
In the same way, make dough sheets for 7 egg tart molds
-
After sending it to the fermentation box for the second fermentation for 40 minutes, fill the middle with cheese filling and put a few blueberries on top for decoration
-
Heat the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes
