Choy sum and pork ribs porridge
Overview
I was undergoing dental surgery recently and the doctor told me not to eat anything too hard. So I make porridge and eat it!

Wash the cabbage and cut into sections

Wash the ribs and marinate them in oyster sauce for half an hour

Wash the rice and pour appropriate amount of water into the pot

After the fire comes to a boil, turn to medium heat and cook for another 5 minutes, then remove the ribs and continue cooking

Add the choy sum after five minutes

Cook for another ten minutes and it will be ready. Add salt and black pepper and stir before serving
