Bone Broth Hot Pot
This is a hot pot eaten at my husband's house. Five adults and two children used two pots. One was a clear soup hot pot with bone broth. My mother-in-law, sister-in-law and two children ate it together. The other one was spicy. My husband and father-in-law came to eat it because they were the only two people in the family who eat mutton. However, after making it, I forgot to eat it and forgot to take a picture of the finished product.

Luoyang Pudding Noodles
My home is in the High-tech Zone of Luoyang. It takes an hour by bus and spans two districts to get to the old town of Luoyang to buy this very authentic powder paste. When I was very young, I liked to be in the kitchen with my mother’s cat. Now that I am 20 years old, I still like my cat in the kitchen. The difference from before is that now I cook some traditional Luoyang delicacies that my mother taught me for my mother and father to eat! I won’t go into the stories and sayings about slurry noodles. You can find many on the Internet. Old Luoyang people really like to eat this kind of sour noodles that are different from acetic acid. Friends who have the opportunity to come to Luoyang can try this special staple food! ! !

Fried loofah with chive sauce
The chive flower sauce was ground by my mother from the chive flowers she bought in the market. I added a very small amount of salt. After being sealed for more than a week, the bottle was filled with the scent of chives. Compared with the salty taste of the bottled ones on the market, it was really delicious. Tried using it to stir-fry loofah, it had a unique flavor.

Old Beijing style braised and fired
Beijing-style braised pork is a snack in old Beijing. The original braised pork came from the palace's Su Zao Pork. According to legend, ordinary people in the past could not afford pork, so they used pig offal instead. After being spread by folk cooking experts, over time, stewed and cooked dishes were created. It is well-cooked but not sticky, and the meat is rotten but not bad. It is very popular among people.

Fried mutton with chives
This dish can be a derivative dish created out of my love for Beijing mutton-shabu-shabu. Of course it can't compare to Beijing Shabu-Shabu Mutton, but sometimes it can be used to spice up a table full of stir-fried dishes, bring a rhythm, and add texture. That day, a few friends gathered for dinner, and the chef finally served this dish because it tastes better when eaten hot. Who would have thought that it would be sold out within two minutes of being served? The little chef had no choice but to go back to the kitchen to order another plate. Fortunately, mutton rolls were always on hand (original from Beijing's love for mutton-boiled meat), and this dish was easy to make. A simple stir-fry creation, but such a surprise. Hope friends like it.
