Overview
Dalian's specialty snack, sizzling squid, can be seen in major tourist attractions and streets. Every time you smell the fragrance, listen to the sizzling sound, and the shouts of the vendors, your mouth water will flow down. You must try some to enjoy it. Today I tried to make squid on a teppanyaki plate at home. The pan at home is made of cast iron and is very thick. The effect is not inferior to the external ones. However, I don’t have long bamboo skewers at home. It would be more convenient to use bamboo skewers to thread it.
