  1. Peel and core the longan (you can use dried longan, also called longan), wash the wolfberry, wash, peel and shred the ginger; PS: I didn’t take a photo of the brown sugar powder because I bought it in a bag and taking it out too early can easily form lumps.

  2. Put longan, wolfberry, and ginger into the pot together, add 800ml of mineral water, and cover with a lid;

  3. After boiling, add brown sugar powder, stir slightly to dissolve, and continue to cover the lid;

  4. Turn to low heat and simmer for five minutes. PS: Don’t open the lid immediately after cooking, let the air flow back into the pot
