Ginger Honey Pork Rolls
Overview
Thanks to your love, many of you have suggested that I post recipes. This is the first time for me to post recipes. I was in a hurry when making this dish, so I didn’t take pictures of some steps, and the amounts were added at will, so it’s not very precise. You can adjust it according to your own taste when making it!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the scallions into the same width as the meat slices (pork slices are best used for shabu-shabu, the scallions should not exceed the width of the meat slices) and roll them up
-
Wrap the meat rolls evenly with dry starch
-
Prepare the juice, soy sauce, cooking wine, minced ginger, honey
-
I didn’t have time to take pictures from the third step, so I had to use other photos instead (sorry). Put a small amount of oil in the pan and fry until the surface is golden brown. Pour in the prepared sauce. After the meat rolls are evenly coated with the sauce, cover the pot and simmer for 3 or 5 minutes. Then open the lid and simmer over low heat to reduce the juice. Spread the lettuce on the plate as a foil. Place the finished product on the lettuce and you are ready to eat!
