After the butter has softened, pour in the powdered sugar and mix well.

Sift in high-gluten flour.

Place the dough in the refrigerator for about half an hour. until the dough becomes stiffer. Depending on the size of the cutting board, divide the dough into 2-3 portions. Take a piece of dough and roll it into a long shape on the cutting board.

Roll out the long strip, cut off the irregular parts with a knife, and modify it into a regular rectangle.

Pipe a long strip of red bean filling in the middle of the rectangular dough sheet.

Wrap the date paste filling with dough sheets to form a long cylindrical strip.

Brush a layer of egg wash on the surface of the long strip.

Place the cutlets on the baking sheet. (You can use the help of a knife. If you hold it directly with your hands, it will be too sticky and will destroy the smoothness of the surface). Place the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.
