Dice onions and garlic

Cut the potatoes and meat into cubes. The meat should not be cut into large pieces, as shown in the picture below (it is mentioned in the reminder)

Heat oil in the pot

Add onions

Slowly sauté the diced onions over low to medium heat until they turn yellow
