Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut it into shreds (it’s best to separate the roots and leaves), and cut the pepper into sections

Heat the wok, pour in oil, add onion and ginger

Add the Hangzhou pepper and stir-fry

Put the chopped cabbage roots in and stir-fry

Add cabbage leaves and fry together, then add salt and vinegar

Stir fry until a little vegetable juice comes out, add some chicken essence

Okay, put it on a plate and get ready to eat
