500g of home-grown mung bean sprouts, remove the bean skin and roots, wash and set aside

Shred the onions, ginger, and garlic, and shred the sharp corners and carrots to match. Pour cooking oil into the wok, heat 6 to 70%, add onion, ginger and garlic into the wok and stir-fry until fragrant. Pour in the mung bean sprouts and radish shreds at the same time, add various seasonings and stir-fry for one minute before serving.
