Stir-fried pork with celery
Overview
Celery is rich in fiber, which helps us clean out waste from our intestines. Adding a tomato to this dish upgrades the appearance of the dish and makes the taste slightly more sour, making it more appetizing.

Cut tomatoes into cubes, dice onions and garlic

Cut into diagonal sections to increase the cutting surface area and make it more delicious.

Slice the meat, add a little salt, cooking wine, water starch and stir-fry in hot oil. This is the leftovers from my last stir-fry

Put oil in the pot, stir-fry onion and garlic until fragrant

Add in the celery and stir-fry over high heat. Do not blanch the celery. It will be crispier if you cut it directly. Stir-fry until it is cooked through

Add the fried meat and stir-fry over high heat

Add tomatoes, stir-fry evenly, add salt, sugar, light soy sauce, chicken essence, water starch, stir-fry evenly. Finally pour sesame oil
