Mushroom and rapeseed buns are a classic vegetarian vegetable bun that is delicious and nutritious. The main ingredient is flour 300, add 2 grams of baking powder and a little sugar. I softened the noodles, put them under the heater, and they were ready in more than half an hour. Prepare rapeseed, mushrooms, eggs, onions and ginger, cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, peanut oil, sesame oil, and five-spice powder!
-
Wash the rapeseed, blanch it in boiling water, take it out for 30 seconds, start chopping it when it cools, and squeeze out the water.
-
I used fresh mushrooms, chopped them and stir-fried them with oil, squeezed out the water, and fried the eggs.
-
Mix eggs, rapeseed, mushrooms, green onions and ginger, add light soy sauce, a little cooking wine, salt, sesame oil, five-spice powder, and stir evenly!
-
After the filling is mixed, knead the risen dough into small portions and wrap them one by one.
-
After wrapping, put it in the pot and let it rise for ten minutes!
-
Bring to a boil over high heat, wait for the pot to start steaming, steam for 10 minutes, turn off the heat, don't open the lid, and let it simmer for 10 minutes. My child was anxious to eat it, so I opened the lid after simmering it for 5 minutes. It felt like the noodles had shrunk a bit. The longer it simmers, the fatter it will become after steaming!

The steamed buns are fresh and fragrant, no less delicious than steamed buns made with meat! Come and try it too!
