Blanch the purchased spareribs twice to blanch the blood, then put them on a plate and set aside.

Pour water back in, add ginger slices, Sichuan peppercorns and blanched pork ribs, and cook for about 30 minutes. Of course star anise and scallions are better.

Beat the peanuts and sesame seeds in the microwave until cooked. Then mash the cooked peanuts and set aside.

Remove the cooked ribs and prepare corn flour or bean flour.

Coat the pork ribs with a layer of flour, being careful not to make it too thick.

Heat the oil to level 8, then add the corn flour-coated pork ribs and fry.

Fry for 4-5 minutes and then remove and set aside.

Pour sesame oil into the pot and heat over low heat, then add cumin noodles, pepper noodles, chili noodles, chopped peanuts and white sesame seeds prepared previously.

Put the fried pork ribs into the pot and stir-fry, and add an appropriate amount of salt.

Stir well and serve on a plate, then sprinkle some white sesame seeds.
