Claypot rice: It means rice cooked in a small clay pot. It is super satisfying to eat a steaming pot of claypot rice with a slightly yellowish crust on a cold winter day.

Wash all the ingredients, add a little oil and salt to the rice and soak it for about an hour. Mix the ribs with minced black bean, minced garlic, soy sauce, cornstarch, oil and salt and marinate them well.
