Stir-fried Choy Sum with Golden Hook and Silver Garlic
Overview
Stir-fried vegetables is very simple, but to make it simple and delicious, you have to put some thought into the ingredients. I sauteed the shrimps and garlic, and added other fresh seasonings accurately, and now I have delicious stir-fried cabbage!

Prepare the ingredients; cut the cabbage into short pieces, mince the garlic, shred the red pepper, and soak the dried shrimp until soft

Heat the pan, add peanut oil and heat it up, then add the cabbage, a little chicken powder and abalone juice

Fry the cabbage until slightly soft

Set aside and set aside

Heat the pan again, add peanut oil, sauté the garlic, dried shrimps, and red pepper shreds until fragrant, add some salt and chicken powder in it, stir fry briefly, and turn off the heat
