Ingredients
Steps
-
Remove the roots and wash the spinach.
-
Cut into finger-sized sections, and cut a few more times if the leaves are wide.
-
Sprinkle a little salt first and mix well to soften. (Marine for a minute or two, the spinach will become soft and easy to take shape)
-
tablespoons of flour. More flour will make it more chewy, but less flour will make it soft and shapeless.
-
Mix well with chopsticks.
-
Sprinkle a little water and mix well.
-
Apply some water to your hands and form into evenly sized spinach dumplings.
-
Pour cold water over medium heat and steam for twenty minutes.
-
This does not need to be simmered, just open the lid, let the steam dry, put it on a plate, and add the prepared chili oil (chili oil, sesame oil, aged vinegar and spinach steamed buns with just the right salt, no salt added), soft and glutinous with flavor. Delicious and easy.
