Bacon Croquette
Overview
There is no cola in the croquette~ The name of the croquette is taken from the French word croquette. Croquettes sold in restaurants usually need to be coated in flour, eggs, bread flour and then fried (commonly known as passing three passes). What I’m making today is a health-improved version, which means it doesn’t need to go through three stages or frying, and the whole family can enjoy it happily.

Steps
-
Wash and slice the potatoes and steam them in a pot.
-
Crush potatoes into puree, dice onions and bacon, and beat egg yolks.
-
Add bacon, onions, and egg yolks to mashed potatoes.
-
Mix well and the croquette filling is complete.
-
Use a spoon to take out an appropriate amount of croquette filling and put it into a container with sesame seeds (it doesn't need to stick to your hands, isn't it very convenient).
-
Coat it with sesame seeds and shape it into the shape you want.
-
Pour olive oil into the pan, increase the temperature of the oil, add the prepared croquettes, reduce the heat to low and fry slowly.
-
The sesame seeds on both sides are browned and ready to serve.
