Coconut milk layer cake
Overview
I really like to eat coconut milk layer cake. I rarely have free time on weekends, so I made one to satisfy my craving. This thousand-layer cake is added with heat-clearing and detoxifying chicken feces vine. The taste is okay 😂

Pick fresh chicken vines for later use

Sift the flour paddle with water chestnut flour added, then add a few drops of olive oil

Add the coconut milk and sift it, then add a few drops of olive oil

Put two spoons of chicken manure and rattan powder in a basin and steam for 2 minutes

After the chicken vine powder is steamed for two minutes, add two spoons of coconut powder and steam for two minutes. Then continue to steam a layer of chicken vine powder and a layer of coconut powder. Once done, steam for 15 minutes to allow the cake to be fully cooked.
