Cured chicken legs

Steam over water for 25 minutes

Peel and dice a small onion, remove the bones from the steamed chicken legs and dice them. Heat the pan with cold oil, first add sliced garlic and diced onions, add a few drops of white vinegar, then add the diced bacon legs and stir-fry for 5 minutes, add black pepper, stir-fry and turn off the heat.

The rice cooker cooks normally. When the water is about to dry up, spread the fried vegetables on the rice and continue cooking.
