Macaron
Overview
A friend of mine has a birthday today and asked me to give her a gift. I was thinking: She likes sweets, so giving her macarons would be the best thing

Steps
-
Mix 2 cups of powdered sugar and 1 cup of almond flour together and prepare to sift. During this process, you can take the butter out of the refrigerator and soften it
-
Sieve 2-3 times. Remember, you can’t be lazy when sieving
-
Take a larger container and beat the egg whites. Add 1/3 of the sugar to 3 egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form. Add green coloring and mix well
-
Add the sifted powder to the egg whites in 2-3 batches. When mixing, be careful: do not stir. Use a spatula to turn the egg whites along the wall of the container until the paste lifted by the spatula can be cut off like silk
-
Use a piping bag to pipe the paste onto a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper, then shake the baking sheet and let it rest for 20 minutes
-
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes. I recommend splitting one plate into another (I was in a hurry to give it away after baking, so the photo I took was from the last time. Since there was no shock, there are water chestnuts)
-
After baking the macarons, let the macarons cool and then start making the filling: soften the butter until there is a hole when you poke it with your hand. Beat the butter first, then add 3/4 cup of powdered sugar in 2-3 batches. Finally, the butter will be fluffy and light
-
Put the butter into a piping bag and pipe the filling

I also made another color, doesn’t it look good too
