Doraemon Cake
Overview
Bamboo dragonflies, time machines... are by no means just memories of my childhood. Children today still like them very much. Fatty Blue is indeed a classic character that everyone loves and flowers bloom!

Steps
-
Prepare a 6-inch and an 8-inch chiffon cake embryo.
-
Cut the 6-inch cake into a semi-circle.
-
Divide the 6-inch and 8-inch cakes into three equal parts.
-
Place whipping cream over ice water.
-
Pour in sugar and milk powder, and beat the light cream.
-
Take a small amount of cream, drop in coloring, and mix into blue cream and pink cream.
-
Put the three colors of cream, pink, blue and white, into piping bags and set aside.
-
First make the robot cat head, sandwich the previously shaved semi-circular cake with cream in the middle, and smooth the surface.
-
Use a toothpick to pre-draw the look of Doraemon's face.
-
First draw black lines with a chocolate pen and then fill in the color. The robotic cat head is now complete. Place it in the cake and refrigerate it to prevent it from melting before using it later.
-
Mount a few small flowers and put them in the refrigerator for later use.
-
Now make the cake base, take an 8-inch cake and fill it with cream and diced yellow peach.
-
Smooth the surface. Use a sawtooth scraper on the side to scrape out the pattern.
-
Take out the previously prepared Doraemon heads and florets from the refrigerator, assemble them, and garnish them with small silver beads, fondant and cheese balls.
-
Plug in the small colorful flags and the Doraemon cake is ready!
-
Doraemon who is afraid of mice!
-
Give it as a birthday gift to the kid who loves it!
