Homemade kiwi gummies
Overview
Kiwi fruit has a sweet and sour taste and is cold in nature. Wash the kiwi and lemon and set aside;

Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice to get 60g;

Add 400g of water to a copper pot and then add rock sugar, simmer over medium-low heat until the rock sugar melts;

Pour the kiwi fruit into a copper pot, place the pot on the stove and bring it to a boil over high heat, then continue cooking over low heat;

Remove any floating matter and air bubbles from the surface, and stir constantly while cooking to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pot.

When the puree becomes sticky, turn off the heat;

Put the fruit puree into a high-speed wall-breaking blender, select the "soy milk" button, and break the fruit puree;

Then pour it into a fruit roll plate. The thickness depends on your preference. Mine is thicker than 3mm;

After pouring all the fruit puree, put the fruit plate into the fruit dryer at 60℃ for 10 hours;

Then use a cutter to cut it into strips and blocks; or cut it directly into blocks and wrap it in starch candy paper;
