Overview

In the winter of 1996, I picked up my painting folder and went to Hangzhou to study painting. It was 5 p.m. when I arrived at the city station. The bus reached Santai Mountain and it was already dark. The city station had not been rebuilt at that time. Santai Mountain was very desolate and was just a rural area. Now it is crowded with people and has become a must-visit tourist hotspot in Hangzhou. We were received by two senior students from Xiaoshan. We put down our luggage and lit a fire to cook. The first dish was this bowl of braised tofu. Shangbafu likes to use soy sauce in cooking, which is very heavy. Fast forward more than ten years. Do you still remember our fellow student Shi?

  1. Heat oil and add ginger and garlic until fragrant
